Felony Terrorist Threats charges dismissed after preliminary hearing.

Summary: This case originates from alleged threats issued by T.U. to former co-workers through a social media platform. T.U. was alleged to have sent messages through Snapchat threatening to burn down a building where his former job was located while employees were inside. T.U. was subsequently arrested and charged with Terroristic Threats (felony). After conducting a preliminary / committal hearing, the District Attorney’s office was unable to prove venue for the alleged threats. As a result, all charges against T.U. were dismissed.
